Last night they hosted a chef's dinner at their house put on by Chris Nye of Spoon and Stable, only THE best upcoming restaurant in the Twin Cities. It is a Jame Beard nominee and Chris did not disappoint. Bob bid on it at an Orchestra fundraiser and we were two of the lucky guests
The food was amazing but the company was even better. Shin Bee and her friend played music, we visited, laughed and compared favorite food movies and stories. I think a monthly dinner club is in order, kicked off with The Big Night and Timpano. More on that later.
